Mechanical Restoration
All instruments are disassembled with pads. Key corks, tenon corks, head joint corks, and neck corks replaced. Rods and hinge tubing will be cleaned and oiled. The body and key work will be cleaned and polished, with the exceptions of saxophones, which will be cleaned only. Keys will be refitted as needed on student model instruments and to exacting tolerances on professional quality instruments. Metal tone holes will be leveled. Pads will be seated with complete regulation of keys and play tested.

Repad
All instruments are disassembled with pads, key corks, tenon corks, head joint corks, and neck corks replaced. Rods and hinge tubing will be cleaned and oiled. Metal tone holes will be leveled. Pads will be seated with complete regulation of keys and play tested.

Clean, Oil and Adjust (COA)
This service includes disassembling the instrument, cleaning and oiling all parts and polishing the body. Pads are inspected for integrity and replaced or re-shimmed as needed. Corks are replaced as needed. Springs are adjusted, keys regulated and all mechanisms are aligned. Knock pins will be removed on mid-line to professional model flutes and as needed on student model flutes.

Annual Service (Saxophone)
All instruments are disassembled with the body, rods and hinge tubes cleaned. Keys will be cleaned as possible without disturbing pads, corks and felts. Pads will be reseated and the mechanism will be regulated and oiled. Replace neck cork as needed. Additional charges will incur for pad and spring replacements.

Pricing
Prices shown are approximate. Estimates will be given prior to beginning any work on request once a technician has inspected the instrument. Playing condition work is charged by the hour with a minimum charge of $25.00.
